What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that involves immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere. Unlike hiking or outdoor exercise, forest bathing is about slowing down and mindfully connecting with nature using all your senses.

Through g
uided sessions with trained practitioners, these sessions may include mindfulness exercises, sensory awareness activities, and meditative practices designed to deepen the therapeutic connection with nature and promote well-being.
